My Multiplication goal
I am learning to solve equal group problems (2’s, 5’s and 10’s) by skip counting and using repeated addition:
Success Criteria:
· I can form groups of objects into 2’s, 5’s and 10’s
· I can solve the problem by skip counting in 2’s, 5’s and 10’s
· I can solve the problem by using repeated addition

Tatiana, you have been learning to use skip counting and repeated addition to solve multiplication problems. You are becoming more confident at using skip counting to solve arrays, particulary with 2,5 and 10's. Your next step is to use repeated addition to help you solve trickier problems involving 3,4,6,7 and 8 times tables. You also need to memorise these times tables so you know them automatically.
